How much does it cost to work with you?
It is FREE to access to the Rooting Your Tree of Health educational video series along with 40 days of educational content, recipes and reminders to help you learn about and manage your health. If you want to take a more personalized deep dive into your health, then you can work directly with me.

Are lab costs included in the consultation fees?
No, your lab costs are not included in the consultation fees. Each person comes to the clinic with their own individual health story, and I believe in offering a truly personalized approach. Each patient has lab orders tailored to his or her specific case which is discussed during the initial consultation. If you have recent lab work done from another provider, you are welcome to upload these results to discuss during your initial consultation. From there we will determine how to prioritize your care and what laboratory data is most pertinent to get you started on your health journey. There are functional medicine practices which offer a whole battery of tests up front, often prior to your initial consultation. I do not do this, because it is simply not possible to address every imbalance in every body system all at once. From my experience, as you begin to heal your body, your lab results and symptoms will change over time. We collect data as needed during your plan of care to continue finding imbalances and addressing them as needed along your healing journey.
Do you bill insurance for clinic visits or labs?
I am not credentialed with any insurance companies and I have opted out of Medicare. This means that I do not have to follow Medicare guidelines and can see cash pay patients through the clinic. However, I am able to submit insurance based labs through Quest and LabCorp for people who live in the states of Georgia and Minnesota. You may find that cash pay labs offered through Rupa Health are more affordable than your insurance based co-pay. Additionally, specialty labs are not covered by insurance. I order all specialty labs through Rupa Health, which is a platform that allows you to use your FSA/HSA account or to divide your lab payments into three monthly payments.
