Service Description

Once established and feeling comfortable working through a personalized plan, many individuals only need to be seen every 3-6 months, depending on the level of support they need. We do require follow up labs and appointments every 3-6 months for patients taking prescription medications. For many uncomplicated individuals, this a la carte scheduling works best.
