Initial Functional Medicine Visit - $349 - 90 min. This visit covers it all: digestive imbalance, hormone imbalance, autoimmune or inflammatory conditions, chronic Lyme, mycotoxin illness, environmental toxicity, genetics, peptide therapy or anything else you want to cover. I am not an oncology specialist and I do not see children under the age of 14 (exceptions made on a case by case basis for established patients only). During your first visit we can review previous lab testing and we will go through your entire health history and review of symptoms. We will develop an initial treatment plan and design a lab strategy to collect information. Initial Focused Visit - $240 - 60 min. Although I do believe that all body systems are connected, some individuals are overall healthy and need support with one major body system. If you want to focus on just sex hormones, thyroid hormones, digestive symptoms or want to discuss peptide therapy then this visit is right for you. This visit will be strictly 60 minutes to review one major body system in depth. If you are currently working closely with a healthcare provider to manage your health and they have recommended that you get started on peptide therapy, then this visit is where we can discuss/develop a personalized peptide treatment plan for you and tailor any specific lab panels required for safety and monitoring. Initial Follow Up - $240 - 60 min. Your Initial Follow Up is generally done about 4 weeks from your initial visit. This is where we touch bases on how you are feeling following your initial plan. We will review your new lab results and really be able to personalize your treatment plan from here. Routine Follow Ups - $180 for 45 min, $120 for 30 min and $60 for 15 min. After your Initial Follow Up you are seen again anywhere from 1-3 months, with or without follow up labs, depending on your treatment plan. For hormone replacement (either sex or thyroid hormones), follow up labs are required every 3 months initially with a 30-45 min Routine Follow Up to review results, symptoms, response to treatment, diet and lifestyle. After you are stable then follow up appointments with labs may be every 4-6 months depending on your response to treatment.

Labs done at LabCorp or Quest can be billed through insurance for patients who establish care in the states of Georgia or Minnesota. To have labs billed to insurance you must first establish care as a patient either in person or virtually. I also have a cash pay account through LabCorp, and this can save people hundreds of dollars. For example, LabCorp may bill your insurance up to $250 for a Vitamin D test but cash pay through my clinic is $20. You may print a Superbill for your lab testing to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes even after paying cash. Specialty labs generally do not bill insurance. You may order your own specialty labs directly through my online Labshop,(https://labs.rupahealth.com/store/storefront_MGRP0Dn) even without a clinic visit. This can include bloodwork to be drawn at Quest or home collection kits for urine, blood spot, saliva or stool. During your visits we will discuss any specialty lab testing that may be beneficial to personalize your treatment plan. I use Rupa Health for many of my specialty lab tests because they allow you to break up your payments into three installments if necessary, they accept HSA cards and they are a one stop shop for orders/results for the most common lab companies I use.

I offer 6 month memberships for $99/month to be started after your Initial Visit and Initial Follow Up. To purchase a package which includes it all, the fee is $1183. This includes Initial Functional Medicine Visit, Initial Follow Up and 6 monthly visits with direct portal access to me for additional support. Generally after the Membership program, individuals are ready to space out their visits to every 3-6 months depending on their response to treatment. You may enroll in the Membership at any point in time. If you are an established patient who has just suffered a life altering event, then you may simply enroll in the $99/month and be billed monthly for 6 months or pay in full for $594.
