Regular avocado eaters have higher intakes of fiber, vitamins E and K, magnesium, and potassium than those who don't eat avocados. Just one avocado provides 40% of the Daily Value (DV) of folate, 30% of the DV for vitamin K, and over 20% of the daily value vitamin C.

The water in cucumbers naturally aids digestion — it helps your body break down food and absorb nutrients. The fiber in cucumbers also keeps things running smoothly by regulating bowel movements so you can avoid constipation.

Although hemp seeds come from the Cannabis sativa plant, they do not produce a mind-altering effect. These small, brown seeds are rich in protein, fiber, and healthful fatty acids, including omega-3s and omega-6s.
